3L of water
1L of milk
1L of Extract Gr. Coconut 1+1+3
Recipe
To make this tropical coconut granita you only have to pour 1 L of coconut extract per 3 L of water, per 1 L of milk into the slush machine.
Stir well until the solution is homogenized.
Turn on the slush machine between -2 °C and -4 °C and approximately in 30-40 min. your slush will be ready to serve.
Pour into a glass and add some mint leaves and pieces of coconut to decorate.
