To make a traditional lemon granita, pour 1 L of lemon extract per 4 L of water into the slush machine.
Stir well until the solution is homogenized.
Turn on the slush machine between -2 °C and -4 °C and approximately in 30-40 min. your slush will be ready to serve.
Pour into a glass and serve very cold.
