Ingredients
- 75 g of flour
- 45g of butter
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
- 50 ml of milk
- 70 ml of water
- Salt
- Vanilla Custard Cream
- Chocolate Custard Cream
Recipe
- Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
- Sift the flour.
- Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add the water, salt, milk and sugar.
- When the mixture begins to boil, add the flour little by little while stirring. Keep stirring until you get a homogeneous dough. Turn off the fire and let repose.
- Beat two eggs and add to the previous mixture, mix until you get an elastic dough.
- Create balls with the dough.
- Place the profiterols on the oven tray and bake for 30 minutes.
- Let the dough cool.
- Fill the profiterols with our delicious vanilla or chocolate custard creams.
- For a better presentation and to get even tastier profiteroles, you can add any of our delicious syrups as a topping.
