  1. Preheat the oven to 180ºC.
  2. Sift the flour.
  3. Melt the butter in a saucepan over low heat. Add the water, salt, milk and sugar.
  4. When the mixture begins to boil, add the flour little by little while stirring. Keep stirring until you get a homogeneous dough. Turn off the fire and let repose.
  5. Beat two eggs and add to the previous mixture, mix until you get an elastic dough.
  6. Create balls with the dough.
  7. Place the profiterols on the oven tray and bake for 30 minutes.
  8. Let the dough cool.
  9. Fill the profiterols with our delicious vanilla or chocolate custard creams.
  10. For a better presentation and to get even tastier profiteroles, you can add any of our delicious syrups as a topping.
