Ingredients
- 200 grams of flour
- 100 grams of butter
- 10 grams of salt
- 50 grams of icing sugar
- 1 egg

Recipe
- To make the shortcrust dough, mix the sifted flour with the butter, salt and icing sugar.
- Add the egg and continue mixing until it is completely integrated.
- Knead for a minute, cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
- When it is cold, stretch the dough, make holes to avoid bubbles and bake for about 15 minutes at 180ºC.
- When the dough is ready, fill with our natural fruit fillings with apple or blueberry pieces and seal.
- To give it a bit of shine and make the cake more appetising, bathe it with our neutral coating gel (apply cold) or enhance the flavour with our apple variety (hot application).
