  1. To make the shortcrust dough, mix the sifted flour with the butter, salt and icing sugar.
  2. Add the egg and continue mixing until it is completely integrated.
  3. Knead for a minute, cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.
  4. When it is cold, stretch the dough, make holes to avoid bubbles and bake for about 15 minutes at 180ºC.
  5. When the dough is ready, fill with our natural fruit fillings with apple or blueberry pieces and seal.
  6. To give it a bit of shine and make the cake more appetising, bathe it with our neutral coating gel (apply cold) or enhance the flavour with our apple variety (hot application).
