Ingredients
- 100gr of icing sugar
- 100gr of ground almonds
- 2 medium egg whites
- 55gr of white sugar
- Colouring
- Crunchy creams: Bombonut, Chocokin, Chocoboney, Black Cookies, Cocowhite or Chocoring.
Recipe
- Sift the icing sugar and ground almonds and mix.
- In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff, gradually adding powdered sugar.
- Join the 2 mixtures and add colouring.
- Incorporate the mixture in a pastry bag and form the macarons on a baking parchment. Let them rest between 10 and 30 minutes.
- Bake the macarons in the preheated oven at 175ºC for 7 to 8 minutes.
- Let cool and fill with our surprising crunchy filling creams, delicious varieties of chocolate with biscuit, wafer and sesame pieces, ideal to give a crunchy touch to your creations.
