  1. Sift the icing sugar and ground almonds and mix.
  2. In a separate bowl, beat the egg whites until stiff, gradually adding powdered sugar.
  3. Join the 2 mixtures and add colouring.
  4. Incorporate the mixture in a pastry bag and form the macarons on a baking parchment.  Let them rest between 10 and 30 minutes.
  5. Bake the macarons in the preheated oven at 175ºC for 7 to 8 minutes.
  6. Let cool and fill with our surprising crunchy filling creams, delicious varieties of chocolate with biscuit, wafer and sesame pieces, ideal to give a crunchy touch to your creations.
